I NEED A RIDE TO MY MEDICAL APPOINTMENT BUT I NEED HELP TO GET INTO THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. THE LAST COMPANY I USED JUST DROPS ME OFF. CAN YOU HELP ME?

We understand the importance of getting to appointments on time, but we know just getting you to the location may not be enough. We understand that it can be scary or stressful trying to figure out how to get into the building/office in a timely manner. Thus, if you communicate your needs, our drivers will assist in getting you into the building, so, that you are not late for your appointment. No extra charge.

CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS OR FLIGHTS?

Our preference is to have our customers book appointments as soon as they know they need transportation to appointments or to the airport. As our regular customers know, we "pencil" them in for future appointments and they know that if they cancel their "penciled" reservation, we do not charge a fee. All we ask, of our customers, is to cancel their appointments as soon as they know they dp not need a ride; thus, allowing us to provide our services to someone else in need. No charge to cancel a reservation.

CAN YOUR VAN MANAGE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER/WHEELCHAIR?

We are very capable of transporting customers who use manual or electric wheelchairs/scooters. Our lift has a maximum capacity of 700 lbs. We have the capability of transporting 2 customers in manual wheelchairs. However, we only transport one customer at a time. We do have room for 1-2 family members/caregivers. We do not charge for use of our wheelchair or additional family members/caregivers.
